What was the highlight of Hotel Nippon Colombo
Good
Pleasant-looking building and interior, central location from which all parts of Colombo are easily reachable (though there is not much of interest in the direct neighbourhood), easily accessible cafe in the same building.
Bathroom is only separated from the bed by milky glass, doesn't feel like a separate room. No window can be opened in the entire room and the air gets quite bad. There is a church opposite the building from which loud music is to be heart starting at 7am.

What was the highlight of Hotel Nippon Colombo
A good place to stay at in the middle of the city.
The staff was helpful and the hotel was very close to a lot of places I wanted to visit in the city. It is also cleaner than other places I stayed at. I liked the variety of fruits they offer on breakfast.
Although there's a restaurant but the food wasn't the best. I expected to have more fresh food. The guests were a bit noisy sometimes. And sometimes the internet was slow. The surrounding area is not the best.

Very Good
Excellent location.....perfect to roam around Colombo city....good food and bakery items....
Nothing much to complain about....but more space in rooms would have been better .... nevertheless, nice and comfortable stay...
